Shipping + Returns
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO MATTER IF YOU PURCHASED IN STORE OR ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping is available in the U.S. and internationally. For U.S. purchases, we charge a flat rate $5 fee for purchases under $150. Shipping is free for purchases over $150. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS using the cheapest option. We process and ship packages within 3 business days of purchase (usually sooner). Please take note of our store hours.

For international packages, we charge whatever the USPS Priority Mail price is. If you have any questions about pricing, please email us at email@example.com
Susanna LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
In Store Return Policy
Clothing items purchased at our Cambridge or Jamaica Plain stores must be returned within 7 days (with original tags and receipt) for money back or within 30 days for store credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Online Return Policy
Our Online Return policy is different than our In Store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return. If you have any questions about items before purchase, please call or text 617-492-0334 or 617-945-6880 during business hours and we can assist you.
Susanna LLC accepts returns on FULL PRICE items provided that the items are returned within 14 days of the date of the order confirmation for money back and within 30 days for store credit. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached.
Susanna LLC reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

All return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Susanna cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within 5 business days. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment or a store credit will be issued. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be applied.
Please note that Susanna LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
